This project was to deliver architectural design and plans for a double garage with room above that would provide additional accommodation in the first floor for flexible use, e.g. as a home office, yoga studio, games room, guest accommodation or simply storage depending on our clients changing needs.

Located in the village of Pewsey, near Marlborough in Wiltshire, this new garage sits within the curtilage of a Grade II listed dwelling and  inside a sensitive conservation area, which meant that this significant outbuilding needed to be designed sympathetically using external materials appropriate to its setting.

Our team of architectural designers delivered a flexible yet functional space, which readily gained the favour of the planning and conservation officers and our clients were delighted with the outcome, finding it a valuable and essential addition to their period home.
