These architect-designed ‘arts and crafts-style’ new build houses have been designed to a high specification for a developer client with exacting standards who strives to build exceptional new build homes that stand apart from the rest of the market. We believe we achieved exactly that and we’re thrilled with the end results.

We worked between the Planning department at the Local Authority and our client to develop the architectural drawings required to gain final Planning Approval for these new build houses followed by the preparation of detailed Building Regulations drawings for Building Control approval. We also liaised between structural engineers, building control, timber-frame manufacturers and other contractors to offer project assistance to our client during the build phase.
